Wendy Hale Davis Talks about Journaling

In this first podcast, I talk to my friend Wendy about her four-decades-long journal practice. When she was in high school, she decided she was going to have an interesting life, and she's kept journals along the way to capture it. She's also a bookbinder, so she maked her journals to her specifications, and it's fun to hear what someone so passionate about journaling has to say about something they know so well.
