Today I talk to the fabulous Roz Stendahl from my newest book, Creative Time and Space. She paints, she makes books, she keeps a journal, she weaves baskets, she beads. She's one of the most intelligent people I've ever met, plus she's really funny. You'll have to excuse my laughter on this one and just pay attention to the wonderful information Roz provides about making room in your life for more creativity.

Informative and humorous with practical suggestions for being creative; an hour well-spent in the company of two delightfully intelligent artists.

This is a great interview. I love how you ask leading questions and leave the interviewee to run with the answer (and don't keep interrupting!). You are a first rate interviewer.
Roz is funny as heck, I wish a bit more of her wonderful sense of fun came out in her blog. I have a whole new sense of the real Roz now and loved some of her suggestions about Time Management.
(she says, coming back to a comment she started writing 2 hours ago because she wandered off and forgot about it...!)

Enjoy it! I'm off to take copious notes on how I spend my time and how my brain works. Loved the entry and exit music--what is it?

It's the Joe Ascione Trio--a jazz band we heard here locally. "Movin' Up" on Movin' Up! (CD)

Loved the interview with Roz Stendahl. You are the rare interviewer who can ask questions and then not get in the way of the interviewee's answers. I have to say that the 15 minute time analysis while useful for finding where the time goes (I just assume that I am abducted by aliens for a good part of the day), would probably be more anal retentive than I could stand to be. I find it interesting that she watches so much TV. Does she support a reading habit as well??
