Today I talk to Melanie Testa, a fabulous quilt/journal/fabricartist and author of Inspired to Quilt, Creative Experiements in Art Quilt Imagery. I met Melanie at Art and Soul in Hampton, Virginia, and was blown away by her journals, which are filled with page after page of a wonderfully wide range of techniques.
